In our wellness journey together, I am not just designing a meal plan for you, or helping you learn the right way to stock your pantry. Instead, we will work together to create a personal protocol designed around your bio-individuality.
I use a “test-don’t guess” approach and use functional lab testing to identify imbalances in the body that may be contributing to chronic health issues. Then we work to correct the imbalances using the healing priorities of the body and supporting you with targeted wellness protocols.
